Our Type 1 aggregate has a crushed composition, made up of a range of materials including gravel, sand, topsoil and recycled concrete. It’s a hardcore, quality aggregate, with excellent load bearing properties that make it suitable for use in creating a stable sub-base for a range of outdoor projects including roads, driveways and pathways. It also acts as a weed suppressant when compacted properly.
